Newmark Ciminelli’s brokerage services team recently completed two leasing transactions for the multinational financial services company, Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo engaged the team at Newmark Ciminelli to advise them on two of their existing Buffalo-area office locations, which ultimately led to two lease transactions for new locations.
In the Northern suburbs, Wells Fargo chose 9,000 square feet of space at 6390 Main Street, located within Village Park Business Center. Tim Malchow, Assistant Vice President at Newmark Ciminelli, led the transaction. Wells Fargo is looking to open the new Williamsville office in May 2023.
In the Southern suburbs, Wells Fargo decided on 4,000 square feet of space at 4370 South Taylor Road in Orchard Park. As part of a new development currently undergoing construction on the corner of Big Tree Road and South Taylor Road, this office has an opening date set for early 2024. Kyle Ciminelli, Executive Vice President at Newmark Ciminelli, led this second long-term leasing transaction for Wells Fargo.
Mr. Ciminelli commented, “Representing Wells Fargo in the leasing of two new offices in Western New York is just another example of our ability to collaborate with our partners at Newmark to provide high end brokerage and advisory services to our region. The end result will be two brand new offices in prominent locations with significant traffic and exposure, which include highly visible signage opportunities.”
